Abstract

The USP Practitioners' Reporting Network (USP-PRN) is a nationwide reporting system established by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), which enables healthcare professionals to report any concern regarding the quality, safety, or performance of the products used in their practice. The USP-PRN is a unique, nationwide program because it serves all your reporting needs through a single system. Whether the product is a prescription or over-the-counter drug, used in home care or emergency care, USP-PRN can impact continuous quality improvement through your involvement. Program includes: Medication Errors Reporting Program.

Publications

USP-PRN publishes brochures and informational pieces about its programs. It also publishes USP Quality Review and case studies which are available online (www.usp.org/PRN) and New Reporting Product for Medication Errors (www.usp.org/MEDMARx).
