The Role
We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to join our product team. You'll work on core features used by thousands of teams daily, from real-time collaboration to workflow automation. You'll have ownership over entire features—from database schema to UI components.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable features across the full stack
- Collaborate with product and design to define feature specs
- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive tests
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge
- Help shape engineering culture and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React and Node.js (or similar frameworks)
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Prior work at a high-growth startup
- Open source contributions
- Experience with GraphQL

Interview Process
- Initial call with recruiter (30 min)
- Technical screen with engineer (60 min)
- Take-home coding exercise (3-4 hours)
