S52.501A — Unspecified fracture of the lower end of right radius, initial encounter, sustained after a fall from a two-wheeler on 13-Jul-2026.
Patient presented to the emergency department with acute right wrist pain and swelling. Radiographs confirmed a distal radius fracture. Closed reduction was performed under regional anesthesia on 15-Jul-2026, followed by cast immobilization. Post-procedure course was uneventful; pain was managed with oral analgesics. Physiotherapy consult was obtained on Day 4. Patient was ambulatory and afebrile at the time of discharge.
