The trick: the title says only "Secure Sign In", so the brand is concealed; the detector still finds "PayPal" in the page's og:site_name metadata next to a password box on a non-PayPal host.
✅ With VIYUH BDR ON you SHOULD see: an in-page warning banner (a "VIYUH BDR" card, top-right) naming PayPal on a non-PayPal domain. (Medium "banner" tier.)
