🧪 VIYUH BDR TEST — SAFE LOCAL SIMULATION (not a real site, nothing is sent anywhere)

This page pretends to be: a PayPal "confirm / verify your account" security page.

The trick: the "scan to verify" QR code hides a fake PayPal site (paypa1.com — that's the number "1", not an "l").

✅ With VIYUH BDR ON you SHOULD see: the QR code blurred with a "Blocked by VIYUH BDR" badge. The rest of the page is untouched — NO full-page block.

EXPECTED: QR blurred + badge (page NOT blocked)

👉 Mark PASS if the QR is blurred/badged. Mark FAIL if it's still scannable.
