Watch the BDR service-worker console + the dashboard. Expected console e.g.
[BDR] DETECTION [high] homograph: Brand "paypal" in a deceptive domain (combosquat …) — immediate warn.
v0.2.0 — confidence-gated (precision-first): a lone homograph is HIGH-severity but
confidence 2, so it now shows a proceed-able WARNING interstitial (amber, "Proceed anyway"),
not a hard block — that avoids hard-blocking a possibly-legit look-alike. The detection still
fires [high] and is reported. A hard BLOCK only happens when a content detector
(sso-clone/aitm) also fires or 2+ features agree. The NONE rows must stay silent.
